Tikka Masala Lamb Ham
Tacos Ala Plancha
INGREDIENTS
3 Round Tortillas (4.5”) white and yellow corn
2tsp Honey Cumin Crema
3-4oz Tikka Masala Lamb Ham (thin sliced and warmed ala plancha)
1/2 Cup Chiffonade or Romaine Hearts
1/4 Cup Marinated Onion spikes and Cucumber Slices
Dusting of Tikka Masala Seasoning
METHOD
- Warm tortillas and remove to your counter for assembly
- Warm Aussie Select Tikka Masala Lamb Ham
- Drizzle crema over each tortilla, distribute warmed ham evenly across each tortilla
- Top with shredded romaine
- Top with marinated cucumbers and onion spikes
- Dust with tikka masala seasoning, to taste
- Enjoy!
Onion Spikes and Cucumber Slice Marinade: red wine vinegar, fresh tarragon leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper, tikka masala seasoning, rough chopped ripe tomatoes
