Agave Rosemary Ham with
White Cheddar Mac & Cheese
INGREDIENTS
3oz Aussie Select Agave Rosemary Ham
7oz Cavatappi Pasta (preferably Barilla)
8oz Cheese Sauce
1/4 cup White Cheddar, shredded
1/4 cup Toasted and Buttered Breadcrumbs (loose packed)
1/4 tsp. Fresh Rosemary (finely chopped)
METHOD
- Cube Aussie Select Agave Rosemary Ham and oven roast until just crispy
- Cook pasta al dente
- Place Aussie Select Agave Rosemary Ham, cooked pasta, and sauce into a saute pan and heat until warm throughout
- Stir in cheese and continue to heat until cheese is melted
- Transfer pasta into a bowl
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top generously and lightly toast
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh rosemary
- Enjoy!
