Agave Rosemary Lamb Ham

INGREDIENTS

2 Slices Rosemary Focaccia Bread (lightly toasted)

4Tbs Bistro Cheese Spread

6 Cucumber Slices

3 - 4oz Aussie Select Agave Rosemary Lamb Ham, sliced thin

1/2 Cup Baby Spinach (with stems)

1/2 tsp. Lemon Olive Oil Mix

METHOD

  1. Lightly toast focaccia bread
  2. Spread bistro cheese spread on bottom slice
  3. Evenly distribute cucumber slices over the cheese spread
  4. Spread fluffed Aussie Select Agave Rosemary Ham over cucumbers
  5. Toss spinach with lemon olive oil
  6. Top Aussie Select Agave Rosemary Ham with dressed spinach leaves and close sandwich
  7. Brush top of focaccia bread evenly with 1/4 tsp EVOO, a pinch of roughly chopped rosemary, and flaky sea salt
  8. Spear with 3 wooden skewers and cut into 3 even sections before plating
  9. Enjoy!

Bistro Cheese Spread: whip together Boursin cheese, crushed ripe tomatoes, tarragon, lemon, salt and pepper
