Agave Rosemary Lamb
Rosemary Bistro Club
INGREDIENTS
2 Slices Rosemary Focaccia Bread (lightly toasted)
4Tbs Bistro Cheese Spread
6 Cucumber Slices
3 - 4oz Aussie Select Agave Rosemary Lamb, sliced thin
1/2 Cup Baby Spinach (with stems)
1/2 tsp. Lemon Olive Oil Mix
METHOD
- Lightly toast focaccia bread
- Spread bistro cheese spread on bottom slice
- Evenly distribute cucumber slices over the cheese spread
- Spread fluffed Aussie Select Agave Rosemary over cucumbers
- Toss spinach with lemon olive oil
- Top Aussie Select Agave Rosemary with dressed spinach leaves and close sandwich
- Brush top of focaccia bread evenly with 1/4 tsp EVOO, a pinch of roughly chopped rosemary, and flaky sea salt
- Spear with 3 wooden skewers and cut into 3 even sections before plating
- Enjoy!
Bistro Cheese Spread: whip together Boursin cheese, crushed ripe tomatoes, tarragon, lemon, salt and pepper
