Hot Lamb Pastrami on Marble Rye
INGREDIENTS
2 Slices of Thick Marble Rye Bread
2tsp Russian Dressing (or 1000 Island Dressing)
4oz Shaved Aussie Select Lamb Pastrami (slices & debris)
2 Slices Gruyere or Swiss Cheese
3 Pickle Planks (a.k.a. "sandwich style")
METHOD
- Spread dressing on each side of bread and toast on a flat top, dressing side up; toast until toasty
- Place warmed fluffed Aussie Select Lam Pastrami on one slice
- Place cheese and halved pickle planks on the other slice
- Toast until cheese is melted
- Place two halves together and remove to a cutting board, slice sandwich in half
- Stack sandwich halves together, slightly offset and spear with a wooden skewer
- Enjoy!
